An HR Recruiter at Rubico will require communicating with candidates. This person needs to be highly organized, flexible to change and have a structured approach towards coordinating with the candidates.
- 1+ year of relevant experience in HR recruitment which includes Social media posting, Managing candidates database, Communication with candidates, Scheduling Interviews, and Onboarding process.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent people management skills and leadership quality
- Experience in promoting the company on social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube
- Preferred recruitment experience with IT industry
- Designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy
- Update job descriptions for all the positions
- Sourcing potential candidates from various channels like social media, any other professional platform
- Communicate with the candidates through emails or other recruitment portals
- Schedule the interview via phone, Online Conference and in-Person
- Prepare the monthly recruitment reports.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
